Crematorium

In this thesis project is developed for the implementation of new build crematorium in Austerlitz. It is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of town, at the intersection of roads from Brno and Křenovice. When designing the building, emphasis is placed on the longitudinal axis symmetry object. The building is single-storey, semi-basement. The roof structure is designed with three different height levels, except where the input parts and components for guests is located lowest flat roof, a second, higher level flat roof above the crematory facilities at the rear. Above spaces funeral parlor is the highest, the dominant part of the roof, which is of trusses and is pitched. The basic construction of the crematorium are bearing walls of ceramic bricks, are used in the basement concrete perimeter wall. The exterior walls are used insulation system.
Kindergarten

The main aim of this thesis is to create a Project documentation of the design of the New development, kindergarten, in the cadastral area Dejvice, Prague. The object is designed as a standalone barrier-free single-storey building. Kindergarten consists of two departments with a capacity of 48 pupils and adjacent facilities. The object is based on foundation pads and ground table. All masonry constructions are lime-sand blocks Kalksandstein. The facade is complemented by thermal isolation and the exterior staircase is monolithic and reinforced concrete. The object has a flat roof where an air conditioning unit is placed. The drawing is processed via AutoCAD software and visuals are created in program Sketchup.
Semi-detached House in Třebíč Nehradov

The subject of this Bachelor´s thesis is a semi-detached house. The Thesis is composed in a form of implementing project documentation. Designed building is situated on plots 135/147, 135/150 in Třebíč Nehradov in Podklášteří. Buildings are single-storeys with a residential attic and there aren´t cellars. The houses are merged by garages on the boundary . The emphasis is placed to design functional disposition of two separate residential units. There are two constructional systems of the building – Velox and Heluz. The roof construction is gabled with unusual shape. There are four sunroofs in the roof.
Nursery school, Brno - Tuřany

The subject of this thesis is the solution of a new building of nursery school in the part of city Brno – Tuřany. It is a cellarless, detached building and single-storey building. Nursery school will be two classes with 40 children. The floor plan is irregularly – shaped plan with orientation of the classes to the east. Building is designed from structural masonry system Porotherm with contact thermal insulation system. Roofing is solved with use of two different slopes of timber girder.
Nursery School

This Diploma Thesis deals with a new-building project of a nursery school in a cadastral area of the town Tišnov. The building is situated in a calm peripheral part of a town. The building is projected as a single-storey, has an atypical ground plan, aproximately "Y" shaped. Vertical constructions are bricked of ceramic blocks and they are based on foundation-belts. The roof is flat, one-couted, with a classical order of layers. The building is functional divided in economic part and two child´s sections of the nursery school. The general capacity of the nursery school is 48 children.
Nursery school, Třebíč

This diploma thesis on a topic “Nursery school in Třebíč” deals with a new building proposal of a nursery school. The building is situated in Třebíč, in a densely populated part of the town which is called Podklášteří. It is a brick single-storey detached building, mounted on a gentle slope with green vegetation. The layout of the building is divided into three departments and an operational part. In each department, there is a dressing room, food distribution, study and dining room, playroom with a cushy job, toy store, warehouse of folding beds and bedding, washroom, toilet, utility room and room for the air handling units. Departments are covered by wooden trusses which bear single-layer saddle-shaped roof with an extensive green vegetation. Above the operational part, there is a single-layer flat roof. Wall system is made of ceramic blocs of a system Porotherm and trusses are from a company called Vazníky D.N.K.
House on a slope

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for the construction. It is a family house which will be located in the existing development on the outskirts of the village Sobíňov. The building is designed as a single storey, and as it is installed in a sloping terrain, it is divided in height into three consecutive parts. In the first part there is a garage with two parking spaces, the entrance to the building and technical facilities. The second part consists of common rooms and the last part is a quiet zone. The foundation structures are designed as monolithic strips of plain concrete.The Porotherm brick system forms vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures. The ceiling part is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The roofing of the building is solved by a single-skin flat vegetation roof. The drawing part was processed in the ArchiCad 20 programme and visualization in the Lumion 10 programme.
Family House

The aim of the Bachelor’s Thesis is a family house design. The Design Documentation deals with a one-generation family house. This family house is a separately standing building. The building is designed as a newly constructed single-storey family house, partly with basement and with residential attic. The structural system is designed in a walled technology of the HELUZ system – ground bricks “HELUZ FAMILY”. Ceilings are made of prestressed ceiling panels “SPIROLL”. The roof is of the T shape, 2 saddle roofs are mutually perpendicular. The roof is of a higher type, saddle half-hipped roof. The house will be founded on monolithic concrete continuous footing strips.
Masonry House

This is a building modification and extension of the existing recreational object, which lies on the no. 3617/1 and 3617/2, at the edge of the c. Střekov, Ústí nad Labem. The construction and annexes respect the height profile of the surrounding area. The existing recreational object is built as a single-storey non-basement with a saddle roof, the new annex is designed as a single-storey non-cellar with a flat, extensive roof respecting the height of the existing objet. The whole building is designed as one-generation for max 5 members family, where the reconstructed part will create a living room with kitchen and dining room, toilet and bathroom. In the right wing there will be two children's rooms and in the left wing a bedroom with a work area. A large terrace with access from the living room as well as from both wings is provided for relaxation. The construction system is designed as brick from the Porotherm system with Cemex ELEGOHOUSE monolithic ceilings with lost formwork. The existing brick building is built of brick-burning solid and wooden roofing, the new roof will be titanium sheet metal.
Production hall

The topic of this diploma thesis is design of new production hall in the cadastral area of city Hrusinec. The building is located in an existing industrial area. The building consists of two adjacent structures. The higher of them is single-story production hall and the lower is three-story high office building. In horizontal plane the buildings have rectangular shape. Hall part is designed as a steel structure on foundation blocks. Roof is supported by truss girders. Office building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton also on foundation blocks. The flat roof of the office building is a single-layer with typical composition. Functionally, the building is designed as a single unit. The total employee capacity is approximately 54 workers.
